RevYellowFacilitating teams through the yellow...

so your vision takes shape faster.

The yellow is where the magic happens — that space between comfort and chaos where progress is made, ideas sharpen, and futures take shape.
I help brilliant teams cross their most critical moments — tension, misalignment, uncertainty — so they can align faster, solve complex problems, and move forward with clarity.
No fluff. No friction. Just real progress.

What I Do

I work with teams in their highest-stakes moments — launches, pivots, resets, hard decisions — to turn complexity into clarity and momentum. In practice, that means I:

  • Unlock alignment on complex projects

  • Resolve tensions between stakeholders

  • Improve systems and surface what’s not working

  • Help technical teams clarify and package what they do

Think of me as the bridge between smart people and their best work — making sure great ideas and bold plans move smoothly from one side of complexity to the other.

Is This for You?

You’ll get the most value if:

  • You’re stuck in complexity, friction, or confusion

  • You’re about to launch, pivot, or reset a program or service

  • You have smart people working hard but not pulling in the same direction

  • You want momentum—but don’t have time to figure it all out alone

  • You know you need better collaboration, but not another big process overhaul

Why Work With Me?

What I BringWhy It Matters
Cross-functional fluencyI speak engineering, delivery, ops, and business.
Strategic facilitationMy sessions move teams forward with no fluff.
Lightweight, usable toolsClarity that sticks without bureaucracy.
Calm under pressureI lead with steadiness in messy or tense dynamics.
Grounded in real project experienceI’ve been in the weeds. This isn’t theory.

The Value of Facilitation

Hiring a facilitator isn’t about having “a nice meeting.” It’s about creating decisive moments.Great facilitation:

  • Surfaces what people aren’t saying—but need to

  • Prevents spinout and repetition

  • Turns tension into traction

  • Helps smart teams make decisions that stick

Most teams don’t need more process — they need more clarity.
My role is to clear the crossing so you can get where you’re going, faster.

About RevYellow

I believe the future is bright — and it’s built by people bold enough to make it happen.I’m not here to be the loudest voice in the room. I’m here to connect the voices already there, align them, and make sure they can move forward together.
Sometimes that means bringing together perspectives that have been working in silos. Sometimes it’s clearing the way so decisions can move from discussion to action.
Either way, I make sure your team has a solid crossing from where you are to where you want to go — and the confidence to keep going once you get there.

FAQs

  • What’s a typical session like? Each one is custom-fit to the people in the room and the outcome you need. I bring the structure, guide the conversation, and make sure we walk out with clarity—not just a good discussion.

  • Can you help if we’re not sure what we need? Absolutely. Many clients come to me when things feel messy or uncertain. A short call is usually all it takes to figure out where to start.

  • Do you work with internal teams or external partnerships? Both. Many of my sessions involve technical teams, delivery leads, and stakeholders from different functions or organizations.

  • Do you only work with technical teams? Nope. I often work with engineers, project managers, and operators—but the same facilitation approach works for leadership teams, HR, ops, or cross-functional groups.

  • Do you use a specific framework or method? Yes and no. I bring a strong structure (like my BRIDGE method), but flex to fit your culture, industry, and goals. My work is influenced by approaches like Learning Teams, EOS® / Traction, and Design Sprints—but no session is off-the-shelf. Everything is shaped around what your team actually needs.

  • Do you offer ongoing support? Yes. Some clients bring me in for one pivotal session; others retain me for recurring reviews, check-ins, or extended projects. I'm flexible—just ask.

  • How much does it cost? Pricing depends on scope, prep, and session type. I offer flat-rate packages so you know what you’re getting—no hourly surprises.

  • What’s your availability? I take on a limited number of sessions each month to keep quality high. For ongoing work or critical timing, reach out early to reserve space.

  • Do you travel? Yes—selectively. Most of my sessions are local to the Tri Cities, WA area or remote, but I’ll travel for the right fit.
